Yes. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special delivery upgrades, which are available at checkout.  Tracking numbers are added to orders.

We post orders received by 8am daily Monday - Friday by Royal Mail 2nd Class (excluding Bank Holidays).   If you require an order urgently please email and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We use Royal Mail.  Tracking is provided except for greeting cards which are sent 2nd class so no tracking service is available. 

 All our cards are printed before they are listed to ensure a speedy dispatch. Therefore we are unable to personalise these cards . 

However we do have a specific range of cards that we do personalised.

Absolutely.   At checkout just send us your message and the recipient's address and we will happily do this for you.   Or email the details to us info@redfrogdesigns.net

Our premium A5 memorial cards are printed on a synthetic paper product which is completely waterproof, tear proof and does not fade in the sun.

It is far superior to laminate which breaks down quickly and is non-recyclable.

It is 100% recyclable in category 2 HDPE

Run them under a tap and rub them with a towel, test the quality for yourself. 

We do have special listings which enables you to personalise the whole card. 

Please refer to these listings in our shop.

We do not personalise Memorial Cards which are not included in these listings. 

If you are in any doubt, please feel free to ask for advice. 

 They are available in A4, A5 and A6. Choose from white lined paper or white plain paper.

We do have selected listings which we offer to personalise. We do not personalise every design of notebook. Please refer to our shop to see the listings this service is available for. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct text, please check for spellings or other errors before submitting to us. We will not be help responsible for mistakes once the items are printed.
All text will be copied and pasted from you initial instructions. These are non refundable items.  

We have 2 sizes:-

Small A6 password book holds 168 passwords

Large A5 password books hold 700 passwords 

Yes. We are happy to accept returns from up to 30 days from the date of the order . The item needs to be in its original wrapping and resaleable. 

Buyer pays return postage costs. 

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and advise that the item is being returned.

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, you will have to return the order to us before a refund is made.

You will be liable for return shipping costs.

Personalised Memorial Cards

You may cancel an order for personalised Memorial cards at any time prior to proof approval. Once a proof has been approved, if you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us immediately to enable us to try to stop the printing process. We will then take all necessary steps to minimise any financial liability on your part, but we must emphasise that once the printing process has started you will be liable to pay in full for any part of your order which has been printed prior to your cancellation.

We specialise in providing greetings cards in bulk to business customers. Our card designs can be bought in large quantities, all of which can be personalised with a single printed message or company logo if required. Printing and delivery times vary depending on the design chosen and the quantity required. 

Discounts are available for bulk purchases. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
