Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If you need an order urgently, please email us before ordering or as soon as you have placed your order. We’ll always do our best to help.

We currently deliver website orders to England, Scotland and Wales only.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or overseas due to GPSR regulations. Orders placed for delivery outside these areas will be cancelled and refunded.

Standard delivery is free and orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Royal Mail normally delivers 2nd Class items within 5 - 7  working days after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48,  Special Delivery upgrades are available at checkout if you need a faster or tracked service.

Our greeting cards are printed before they are listed so that we can dispatch them quickly. For this reason, we’re unable to personalise or alter the printed wording on these cards.

At checkout, provide the message you would like us to write and the recipient’s delivery address. You can also email the details to info@redfrogdesigns.net after ordering - please include your order number.

Yes. Our memorial cards are printed on specialist waterproof, tear-proof and recyclable material.

There is no laminate to separate, peel or become brittle in the sun. The cards are designed to remain outdoors and provide a lasting, dignified tribute through changing weather.

Our memorial grave cards are A5 size, approximately 21 cm by 15 cm. They are printed on one side and include a plastic ground stake, ready for placing at a grave or another special place of remembrance.

You can also write your own message on the back using a biro or waterproof pen.

Many of our memorial cards can be personalised.

Some listings allow you to choose completely personal wording, while others offer personalisation as an optional upgrade. The available options will be shown on the individual product page.

Some preprinted designs cannot be altered. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

Our notebooks are available in A4, A5 and A6 sizes, with a choice of white lined or white plain paper.

Personalisation is available on selected notebook designs. The product page will clearly show whether personalisation is offered for that particular notebook.

Please check all names, dates, spelling and punctuation carefully before sending your wording to us. We use the wording supplied by you, so it is important that everything is correct.

If we send you a proof, please check it carefully before approving it. Once a proof has been approved or an item has been printed, we may be unable to make changes.

If we make an error, we will of course put it right.

Our mini A6 password book holds up to 168 password entries.

Our larger A5 password book holds up to 700 password entries.

Yes. For non-personalised items, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

The customer is responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

If a standard item has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned before we can issue the refund.

For personalised items, please contact us before approving your proof or before printing begins. Once a proof has been approved or production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Yes. We can supply greeting cards in larger quantities to businesses, including cards printed with a company message or logo.

Prices and preparation times depend on the design and quantity required, and discounts are available for bulk orders.
